Southampton Rabbit Rescue offers a boarding service.We cater for all breeds of rabbit including bunnies with special needs. All hutches are strong, sturdy and spacious and are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each new arrival and regularly cleaned during your pet’s stay. We can also offer your pet plenty of supervised exercise and enrichment in our large secure garden.

Offering some great facilities set in a very peaceful relaxing surroundings. Veterinary treatment available on site. Grooming, nail clips and full health checks available.

You can relax knowing your pet is in safe & experienced hands.

I have a block of 3 six foot hutches, a block of 2 five foot hutches and 2 blocks of four foot hutches. I also have plenty of outside space for your loved ones to enjoy! All of my hutches are made from good quality solid wood so even the best of escape artists will not find or eat their way out!!

Block of 2 and new for 2011. Used as a back up hutch when our bigger hutches are already booked.

Boarding is charged at the following rates and is charged by the hutch, if you have 2 bunnies that live together you will only be charged for one hutch. If you have 2 bunnies that live separately you will be charged for 2 hutches.

£5.00 - per night, per hutch

£30.00 - 7 nights stay, per hutch

£40.00 - 10 nights, per hutch

£60.00 - 14 nights, per hutch

Discounts offered to returning customers and for multiple week visits.

I am able to accommodate long term stay eg; six months, with plenty of prior notice, subject to availability of course! Naturally we have busy times of the year. Christmas, Easter, Summer holidays etc so book early to avoid disappointment.

Stay includes wood shavings, hay, straw, bowl and bottle. I keep a variety of food in stock but you will need to advise when booking of food requirements. Pets on special dietary requirements are welcome but food for special requirements will need to be provided by you.

Giant bunnies and special needs pets are welcome if you provide any medications required at time of check in and notify us at time of booking.

It is a requirement of boarding with us that all pets are up to date with all relevant vaccinations before check in. Proof may be asked for!!
