visitors welcome

The centre is open most times and visitors are welcome. The centre has been here 11 years and in that time we have re-homed over 1500  + rabbits & guinea pigs. All money received from re-homes and sponosrhip is put straight back into the rabbits for their care and well being.

If anybody out there feels that the centre is asking for money without due cause please email and i will arrange for you to come over and SEE the centre for yourself. You can meet the sick rabbits and any of the rabbits here looking for homes.

Ask any question you like, BUT rudeness and aggression WILL NOT be tolerated.

Im not sure if this is the correct page, but, I wanted to thank Sue for helping me and my family find a lovely new home for my two female rabbits! Having already one dog, four guinea pigs, and two children, taking on Fifi, a one year old female seemed like a good idea, but after two years of all sorts of experiences with her, ie- another rabbit for company, losing them many times under decking, escaping foxes, being bitten a number of times, a broken hip and lots of stress! I needed help, I found Sue!!! Sue made NO judgement on me, and said she would help me find the two, then fighting girls, a new home!! When I arrived at her centre I could not believe the number of rabbits that had been helped, and it totally inspired me and touched me. Sue is a kind, caring and very dedicated lady!!! Sue managed to find both girls a new home together, and re bonded the pair... Since Nov 2010 I have received many photos and emails of the rabbits, I am now doing what I can to raise monies for the Rescue!! If anyone were to visit Sue s rescue, they would see that not only Sue, but other members of her family are very dedicated to these bunnies. Thank you Sue, and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! xxxx

We met Sue and got to see first hand the amazing work she and the centre are doing. Southampton Rabbit Rescue is simply a beautiful place where animals are treated as they should be with ooodles of love and care. Although we do not have rabbits of our own we will continue to contribute to this centre, as well as promoting to others to take a look at the website and help if they can. Sue has offered a home and care to a friends pet who we fell in love with but could not offer a home to. Oscar will be missed but we know that he'll be happy, loved and right at home amongst Sue's extended family! Thank you Sue and anyone reading this please help support this very worthy rescue centre.
